Ownership of Site; Agreement to Terms of Use

("LanyGames"), including its subdivision Lumithyon and all associated sites, services, and platforms (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is the property of LanyGames, Inc. and its licensors. Description of Services

LanyGames, through its Lumithyon subdivision, develops and operates technology products and services including but not limited to: Frosthyon (an AI-powered assistant and interactive platform), artificial intelligence systems, data analytics tools, and related digital services. These services may include features powered by machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI technologies.

Content

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, computer code, and software (collectively, "Content"), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel" and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to LanyGames, Inc., and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without LanyGames' express prior written consent.

Use of AI and Machine Learning

Certain services provided through the Site, including Frosthyon, utilize artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. By using these services, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and may not always be accurate, complete, or current. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for important decisions.

(b) LanyGames may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data derived from your interactions with AI services for the purpose of improving, training, and refining its AI models and systems. This data processing is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

(c) You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or reconstruct the underlying models, algorithms, or training data of any AI system operated by LanyGames.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site or any services to: (a) upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (b) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site; (e) use any automated system including bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Site without prior written permission; (f) use the Site to generate content that violates any applicable law or third-party rights.

"LanyGames," "Lumithyon," "Frosthyon," and all associated logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of LanyGames, Inc. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of LanyGames. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Third-Party Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by LanyGames. LanyGames has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that LanyGames shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by the use of any such third-party services.

Limitation of Liability
